To support our incredible growth, VIBRANT is currently seeking a self-employed B2B Account Specialist to provide exceptional service to the e-commerce customers of our expert retail partner. Main duties will include developing new sales through prospecting activities, answering web and phone inquiries, analyzing current and potential customers’ needs and presenting customized solutions based on observed needs, achieving pre-established KPIs and sales targets, as well as completing weekly sales activity reports. To apply for this position, it is essential to be bilingual spoken and written (English, French).



  • Hourly wage of $27/hr
  • Signing Bonus
  • Performance-based bonus plan
  • Cellphone/internet allowance of $75/month
  • 12-month contract position
  • Work mode: 100% remote
  • Monday to Friday schedule (37.5h per week)
  • Balanced work/life environment (self-employed)
  • Estimated start date: August 2024



  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Produce various statistical reports to better track and manage prospects
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions
  • Proactively solve common customer problems
  • Quickly research and respond to customer questions and complaints






Skills required:

  • Bilingualism essential (French and English, written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, able to prioritize and multi-task thoroughly in a dynamic environment
  • Results-oriented professional committed to providing first-rate customer service
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, Excel – intermediate level plus
  • Organized, self-starter, flexible, courteous, energetic, team player with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is a plus (e-commerce)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills


Professional qualifications:

  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a similar position
  • Relevant experience in customer prospecting
  • MS Office Suite Skills (Outlook, Excel) – Intermediate Level
