We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations & Stage Manager to oversee the seamless execution of our immersive experience. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for live events, team management, and creating memorable experiences for audiences. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating performers and staff, and ensuring all technical and logistical elements run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the immersive experience, ensuring smooth transitions between every day shows

• Supervise setup and breakdown of the venue, including technical equipment, props, and staging.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all departments (creative, technical, hospitality).

• Monitor audience flow and troubleshoot any issues to maintain a high-quality guest experience.

Stage Management

• Oversee the performers & crew during performances.

• Maintain and distribute detailed production schedules and call sheets.

• Facilitate communication between creative directors, performers, and technical teams.

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate a team of staff, including lobby staff, merch & f&b staff and actors

• Provide on-the-spot coaching and guidance to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.

• Address and resolve any personnel issues or conflicts efficiently.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including fire codes and evacuation protocols.

• Conduct safety briefings and ensure performers and staff are aware of emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stage or event management, preferably in immersive or interactive productions.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage technical teams & foh teams

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Knowledge of technical theater elements, including lighting, sound, and stage mechanics.

• Calm and adaptable under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the performance schedule.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with immersive or non-traditional theater formats.

• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

• First aid or safety training certification is an asset.
