Marketing Challenge

 

VIBRANT was mandated to support and execute the “Sleeman Speakeasy”. This included a contest platform on social networks and in store, as well as the creation and production of a unique event for the 32 VIP winners and Sleeman major accounts customers from across the country.

Solution

 

Welcome to Sleeman Speakeasy, where only the most notorious are admitted. VIBRANT thought of every last detail to make this VIP evening unforgettable for our winners: gifts in their hotel room, personalized letter from the hostess Madame Dubois, transport by a vintage car to the secret bar, etc. At the bar, the winners were greeted by a porter with whom they had to share a secret password to enter. Once inside, they were immersed in a complete speakeasy universe: burlesque dancers, poker tables, roulette games, a vintage style barber and musical performances by the groups like July Talk and The Damn Truth. Winners experienced a true prohibition party

Results

 

The contest received more than 50 000 entries both years. The winners and participants raved about the evening. It was a successful event that demonstrated the brand’s history while engaging its fans for two consecutive years.

Everything has been thought of in order to offer an exceptional experience to our 32 VIP winners.
