Quebec’s passenger transportation industry is facing a major labour shortage. Traditional recruitment approaches aren’t getting the job done. To attract the best, you need to take the lead and recruit a little bit differently.

Solution

 

VIBRANT decided to unleash a bold tactic on the field to reach a key target audience, namely taxi and Uber drivers. To this end, we set up the Keolis squad, which crisscrossed the streets of Montreal and its surrounding areas to engage directly with this target audience. During the interactions, several key messages about Keolis and its career opportunities were conveyed.

Results

 

Nearly 1,100 interactions, an unprecedented 28% conversion rate and over 100 qualified candidates show what innovation and creativity in recruitment can achieve.
