OpenTable entrusted VIBRANT Marketing with crafting a one-of-a-kind, unforgettable on-site experience to activate its partnership with Air Canada and add excitement to Air Canada EnRoute’s prestigious Canada’s Best New Restaurants 2023 annual gala in Toronto. The ultimate objective was to underscore OpenTable’s position as a top partner for key stakeholders from all 30 finalist restaurants.

VIBRANT designed and created “The Festive OpenTable Dinner Scene.” Celebrating the best in the industry, gala attendees were invited to step into this epic culinary celebration and enjoy a fun, memorable moment together.
Amidst a whirlwind of food, drinks and cutlery, set against a vibrant dining room backdrop, guests were able to capture the moment with a whimsical instant photograph to cherish.

Results

 

At the gala, the OpenTable booth became a popular destination, drawing 516 guests eager to mark the moment. The Festive OpenTable Dinner Scene provided a delightful opportunity for guests to pause and capture the spirit of the evening, forming a strong association between their experience and OpenTable.
